So my generation didn’t grow up going to home economics where we were taught how to sew. I was lucky enough to have a crafty grandmother who taught me to sew, knit, and crochet although the later never stuck. I can’t stand the old school style of sewing patterns, they might as well be in Chinese. They’re in black and white, contain terms I’ve never heard of and basically overwhelm and frustrate me. So, I decided to make up my own patterns with a few of the basic sewing skills my grandmother taught me. Now I’m sharing my love of sewing with the world by making colorful, easy to follow, step by step, digital sewing patterns! I considered printing them on paper like they do in the old school but figured that wasn’t very green. I hope you enjoy my patterns and keep coming back for more! Thanks so much for stopping by my blog!

When I’m not crafting I’m either checking out the latest estate sales, hanging with my hubby, playing with my pups, or enjoying the little things in life.
